Do you have a Chrome Extension?

It is currently in development and will be released very soon. It will be included for free in all Freelancer Solo and Agency Pro plans.

What languages do you support?

Currently, we are optimized for English (US/UK). The AI can understand input in many languages, but the output will always be polished professional English.

Billing & Refunds

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription instantly from your dashboard. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

What is the Refund Policy?

We offer a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee. However, to prevent abuse, this is valid only if you have used fewer than 25 replies (Solo) or 50 replies (Agency). Read full policy.

Privacy & Data

Do you read my emails?

Absolutely not. We have a Zero-Data Retention policy. The text you paste is sent to OpenAI for processing and immediately discarded. We do not store, read, or sell your client communications.

Is my payment data safe?

Yes. We use Razorpay for all transactions. We never see or store your credit card information on our servers.
