2. User Responsibility & Rule Configuration
You are solely responsible for configuring your scope rules, rate cards, pricing logic, and enforcement preferences. ReplyKitAi applies these rules exactly as defined by you.
You acknowledge that incorrect, incomplete, or outdated configurations may result in inaccurate responses. ReplyKitAi is not responsible for misconfigurations or their consequences.
3. AI-Generated Output Disclaimer
ReplyKitAi generates content automatically based on your inputs and rules. All generated content should be reviewed before sending. Final responsibility for client communication, business decisions, contractual commitments, and financial outcomes remains with you.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Services are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annual). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled via the dashboard before the end of the billing period.
5. Fair Use Policy
Each plan includes usage limits intended for legitimate business use. Excessive usage, automated scraping, account sharing, or abuse of system resources is prohibited and may result in throttling or suspension without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all output generated using ReplyKitAi. ReplyKitAi does not claim ownership over your content and does not reuse it for training or resale.
7. Limitation of Liability
ReplyKitAi is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service, including lost revenue, client disputes, or miscommunication.
