However, our AI incurs real processing costs for every email generated. Therefore, refunds are subject to a Tiered Fair Usage Policy to prevent abuse.

2. Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a full refund, you must meet BOTH of the following criteria simultaneously:

• Condition A (Time): The request is made within 7 days of the initial purchase.
• Condition B (Usage): You have NOT exceeded the limit for your specific plan during those 7 days:

Important: If you use more than the limit above, the Money-Back Guarantee is immediately voided, even if you are still within the 7-day window. This protects us from "smash and grab" abuse.

3. How to Request a Refund

We will check your usage count in our system. If you are eligible, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
